The JMGS Master Instructors are the elite of their profession. Many of the teachers at PGA WEST have matriculated through the rigorous year long assistants apprentice program and have been with us for six or more years. Experienced former PGA Tour professionals who have worked with Jim over the years and are among the "Top 100" teachers in America also headline our instruction programs. All of our instructors are full-time teaching professionals. The weekly staff training sessions ensure that everyone is continually preparing themselves to expertly evaluate your golf swing and articulate the adjustments necessary for improvement. We have created the premier learning environment for our clientele by thoroughly training and developing the teaching skills of our staff to quite simply be the best in the business. Our instructors are fully competent in assessing your skills in the short game, the long game, course management, and the mental game, then guiding you towards improvement.
